Pentre Riding Stables & Trekking Centre in the Brecon Beacons offers a unique opportunity to lease or loan a horse or pony. Whether you are a beginner building confidence or an experienced rider seeking regular access, our packages cater to all abilities. Leasing or loaning a horse provides the joys of ownership without the full-time commitment. With our beautiful location and expert guidance, you can enjoy riding in a safe and supportive environment.

Loan: £40/week, pay for shoes, worming, etc., ride three times per week

Lease: £60/week, all-inclusive, ride three times per week
​OWN-A-PONY DAYS FOR YOUNG RIDERS
Own-a-Pony Days encourage children to behave safely around horses while learning all about stable life. Children take care of a pony throughout the day, from tacking up to brushing down. The day includes a 30-minute lesson and a 60-minute trek. Sessions run from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm. They cost £30 per day when booked as part of a fortnightly programme or £60 for a one-off event.
