EQUESTRIAN HOLIDAYS FOR THE CHILDREN
On pony trekking holidays, each child is allocated a suitable pony for the duration of their holiday, following an initial assessment of their experience and ability. Guests stay in supervised, full-board accommodation with a maximum of five children per room, and we ensure that boys and girls are allocated separate sleeping quarters. As our accommodation is part of the family home, children enjoy a welcoming, family-orientated environment throughout their stay. For health and safety purposes, mobile phone use is limited during the day, with devices returned at tea time. Pentre Riding Stables & Trekking Centre is happy to review this arrangement in the event of special circumstances.

PARENTAL VISIT & REQUIRED FORMS
Parents are very welcome to visit Pentre before deciding to book. They will need to complete and sign the Rider Registration Form and the Health and Safety Agreement, giving permission for their child to take part in activities. Parents also agree to ensure that their child always wears a riding hat while on the stable yard and only crosses the main road with specific permission. Both forms can be downloaded and partially completed in advance before your visit.

CHILDRENS RIDING HOLIDAYS PRICES
At Pentre Riding Stables & Trekking Centre, the Riding Holiday runs from Monday to Friday – £350 per person, inclusive of all meals and riding (some pocket money is recommended). This works out at £70 per day, covering accommodation, meals, and horse riding. There is also the option to help with mucking out the yard. We are happy to be flexible with the length of stay and can accommodate shorter or longer holidays if required, charged on a pro rata basis of £70 per day.
